Wales bursary details reveal nurses repay £25k if fail to work in country (USA)

Sometimes then I scroll specialized news I see something like:

"Student nurses in Wales who receive a bursary for their training but don’t go on to work in the country will in the future be required to pay back at least £25,500 in fees, it has emerged."

And once again the text itself isn't that important. Neither it gives some actual information on CNA inside life. But still - if you don't have better sources - even news like this are worth few seconds.

Care home staff trained to help residents with oral hygiene
2017-06-06 00:06:58,

I have just read this news about CNA. Not sure, but I think it may change some things around in Nursing Assitance. Short quote:

"A scheme giving carers skills in oral hygiene has resulted in both newfound confidence and improved health for residents at a care home in North East Wales, according to those behind the project."

But not just seeing this makes me think... But I just trying to understand how this one is just like most important what happend around? At least most noticable? Isn't there nothing more important about CNA?
