Trusts should check unqualified staff are not working as ‘nurses’ (USA)

In my day-to-day work as Certified Nursing Assistant I often to busy to notice what happens around me. So just sometimes I open news site and check through news. And this one is to be told about:

"England’s most senior nurses have encouraged directors of nursing to check whether they are employing or advertising for unqualified care staff with job titles describing them as “nurses”."

Things like this, then they happen medical prof do have weight.

RCN concern at plans for mentorship and meds management

Another thing to know about CNA. I don't if you read things like this, but stopped by and have taken a closer look.

"The Royal College of Nursing has welcomed a number of major changes to nurse education being considered by the UK regulator, but has raised concerns about proposals on training for new mentorship roles and the removal of medicines management standards."

And once again the text itself isn't that important. Neither it gives some actual information on CNA inside life. But still - if you don't have better sources - even news like this are worth few seconds.
