New guidance promotes role of nurses working in care homes (USA)

Another thing to know about CNA. I don't if you read things like this, but stopped by and have taken a closer look.

"The author of new guidance to support registered staff that work in care homes said the “highly skilled” role had previously been “undervalued” but was now a major area of opportunity for nurses."

And once again the text itself isn't that important. Neither it gives some actual information on CNA inside life. But still - if you don't have better sources - even news like this are worth few seconds.

HSC CPD cuts must be reversed to stop nurses from leaving jobs

I have just read this news about CNA. Not sure, but I think it may change some things around in Nursing Assitance. Short quote:

"Cuts to continuing professional development budgets for nurses should be reversed as part of efforts to retain an often “overstretched” and “struggling” workforce, a group of MPs has concluded in a major report."

I've been in downtown few hours ago and heard as two guys have spoken of this. So.. may be is important for people here.
