Game aims to prepare new nurses for life on the ward (USA)

Being Nursing Assistant I often here that happens something like:

"Nurse trainers at Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust have developed a board game to teach students on placement and newly-qualified staff about “real-life scenarios”."

I wonder if these can impact my job as Nursing Assistant. Can't find obvious relation. But... You never know!

Another thing to know about CNA. I don't if you read things like this, but stopped by and have taken a closer look.

"Another new bridging role that combines both nursing and therapy skills is set to be explored by the national workforce planning body, once nursing associates are fully established, it has been revealed."

I've been in downtown few hours ago and heard as two guys have spoken of this. So.. may be is important for people here.
